Instructions for ordering and videotaping
your swing

Videotape yourself hitting for 5 - 10 minutes. The camera should face your bellybutton while you are in your stance, from the open side of the plate. We need to see your entire body, head to toe: your stance, stride, entire swing and how you finish. If possible a second angle should be shot from approximately 20 - 50 ft. behind home plate, or from behind the pitcher. It is a good idea to identify yourself verbally on the tape with name, address and phone number.

Be sure to mark the outside of your tape clearly with your name, address and phone number. Mail with Order Form and full payment to address on Order Form! Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for us to process your order and complete your analysis. Not Responsible for lost or damaged tapes!
